Otoniel Carranza
Edwin Otoniel Carranza Solís (born 22 December 1983) is a Salvadoran professional football player who currently plays for C.D. Universidad de El Salvador in the Salvadoran Primera División.
==Club career==
He began his career through the Águila youth system and was a prominent young defender whose organization and determination gained wide admiration.
During his early career, he has won three championships with C.D. Águila (2000, 2001, and 2006), won a gold medal with the El Salvador team during the Central American Games and Caribbean.〔(Central American and Caribbean Games 2002 (El Salvador) - Details ) - RSSSF〕 After winning the championship in 2006, he was eligible to join the Salvadoran national football team, but he did not accept for that time had married with suleyma lainez. He returned to the game as good as ever. He had a chance to be in the 2008 national selection, but he had minor abdominal pain that is reflecting on his current game.
